Casey McLaughlin (n): Information Technology specialist with a broad background in web application development, IT management, and IT user support.

I specialize in project management and development of web applications in PHP, MySQL, Zend Framework, CodeIgniter, and all of those other web technologies that go into making standards-compliant, attractive web applications.  Also, I have enjoyed the opportunity to manage a server stack for Florida State University consisting of a mixed environment of vmWare, Windows, Linux, and Apple servers running on a variety of hardware.

I live in Tallahassee Florida, and work for my Ala Mater, the FSU College of Communication and Information as IT Coordinator where I manage everything from software licensing to rack configurations.  By night, I manage application development for the STEER Partnership project, as well as  a number of other web projects.

I am married to a first-rate registered nurse named Anna, proud owner of two rescued sight hounds (greyhound + whippet), outspoken about urban sprawl and sustainability, an enthusiastic distance runner, strict grammar Nazi, and obsessed with a number of technologies that you can find on my Shameless Endorsements page.
